About Us

We make life better through movement.


We opened CrossFit North Mesquite in 2010. 


We are passionate about sharing our knowledge and experience about health and fitness. 


We know that bodies need to move. 


We know that bodies need healthy fuel in quantities to support activity levels. 


And we know that our habits create our results.


Most importantly we know that if it is not fun, it can be tough to make a habit out of it. 


Our gym culture provides a safe, fun, and motivating environment so that you  can do the daily things that move you toward your health and fitness goals! 


Our  emphasis on technique promotes safety. 


When you are moving safely, you can gradually increase the intensity and see amazing results! 


Our members become friends who cheer each other on and hold each other accountable.
