We require 4-6 personal training sessions prior to joining the group class.
Our On Ramp consists of 4 to 6 personal training sessions that are designed to prepare you for success in our group classes.
We will gradually build on the foundational movements and get you up to speed so that you will feel comfortable jumping into class.
Workouts are different every day and we tailor the workout for you based on your abilities, needs, and goals!
We have been helping people from Sunnyvale, Mesquite, Dallas, Forney, Rowlett, and Rockwall lose weight, get healthy and fit through group fitness classes, personal training, and boot camps since 2010.
