On Ramp consists of 3 to 6 personal training sessions that are designed to prepare you for success in our group classes.
This is recommended for anyone who has never done CrossFit or needs a refresher. We will gradually build on the foundational movements and get you up to speed so that you will feel comfortable jumping into classes.
Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
