Nutrition Coaching

We want to make life better through movement. We started out just wanting to inspire people to move more.


However, you need a solid foundation to build a house. When working with our clients, we take a lifestyle approach. Nutrition, sleep, stress, work and play all factor in to your fitness journey. 


Every day that you walk in our doors, you have the opportunity to work out alongside like-minded individuals who will support you.  


Our coaches are on the floor ensuring that you are moving safely and effectively. 


We will give you general nutrition guidelines. And if you desire more, we can design your nutrition plan for you. 


You spend one hour each day with us. We care about the other 23 hours too! We seek to optimize lifestyle factors to be in line with your health and fitness goals. 


We run quarterly nutrition challenges and offer one on one nutrition coaching. 

  

To accomplish your goals faster, we recommend you eat a variety of healthy whole foods in quantities that support fitness training but not body fat. 


Avoid excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
